It is in a new neighborhood, there is plenty of parking. The apartment is new, all finishings are in great condition, it is quiet. Overall it is perfect

Check in would have been easier in the day light- apt is located at the rear of the property. There was some noise from above just a few nights but no worse than a hotel. It was quiet and nice to cook our meals. There could be a few more pots and dishes. For those wanting to ski you are about an hour from Deer Valley and Snow Bird

This property is well worth trying out, especially for longer stays. We stayed two nights entry was easily accessible, communication was great and everything was clean. Loved the kitchen and appliances were new and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the amenities of the washer and dryer were nice although not used. Vacuum was convenient as well as trash disposal on the property. The noise level was louder than expected. However, it was the weekend, holidays, and we're not used to a basement apartment either. The price is phenomenal, as well as, all of the little perks we will definitely stay if in the area and suggest to our friends and family. Thank you for an amazing stay you made a long distance visit possible, affordable, and comfortable for us as I was only two weeks out from a lower back fusion!

Pretty good, just bare bones

It was overall good place to stay, however, there was no way to control the temperature so I was cold most nights. They did not have any extra pillows or blankets. The people who live above the basement apartment were quite loud and you could hear everything from them, dropping silverware on the floor to their cell phone vibrating. That being said, it was clean, easy to find and easy to park and in a nice neighborhood.

First, cons. When I called the number Expedia listed as contact, it was answered unprofessional and rude, I thought it was ran by a legit business. Second, the title of 2 bd apartment for me was misleading. It was the basement of a home. Third, stomping around early in the morning from upstairs was a bummer. Now pros. It was in a beautiful neighborhood, new, and clean. I was happy that there was washer and dryer. I was happy there was close parking was a plus. There was a wasp nest and it was a concern, but was quickly rectified. Needed a towel, that was promptly delivered. Beautiful basement apartment, but not what I’m looking for in the future

Amazing place to stay. Hotels.com needs to update.

First off, the number that was first given was fake, not a great start. Spent over an hr trying to reach out for help with hotels.com. They had the correct number which is: 385-223-9851. I hope this saves the next person. This was a mistake by hotel.com not the host. Fake number was1-555-5555. For this place this is a basement apt. The place is nice and quiet. The place offered a large amount of privacy. Everything was very clean and we were given supply’s to be able to keep it clean ourselves. Trash bin was available for us for our visit. Things I would bring: Pillow Bath salts/ bubbles bath (they have a nice bath. We never ran out of hot water. Throw blanket to snuggle on the couch. Favorites hot drinks ( they have a kettle) Laundry soap. The place and the host was amazing and I hope to go back again in the future.
