"The house was absolutely gorgeous! Everything we could have wanted! Literally, had everything we needed!!! Towels, blankets, sheets, toiletries, kitchen appliances, dinner wear, a fridge full of water, a candy dish full of candy and more! The one thing we needed was a pump to air up a float and they brought it immediately! The owners were so accommodating! I would stay here, again, if we go back to Sint Maarten! I highly recommend this house! "

The building itself is well-maintained,the location is incredibly convenient, few minutes driving to shops, and restaurants. The neighborhood also feels safe and welcoming, which was important to me.One of the highlights of my stay was the beautiful ocean view, along with the excellent management team. They were friendly, responsive, and truly cared about the residents’ experience.Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to live."

"La Villa Habiscus was fantastic. We stayed there for 2 weeks on our first vacation with our little one (5 months) and we could not have chosen a better spot. The room was large, clean and had a full kitchen that we used to cook many meals. Julie, the GM, was very attentive and accomodating. There was also a pool located just outside our suite that was very convenient for when we wanted to spend time at the hotel. The location was fantastic. It was a quiet neighbourhood, but just a 10 minute or less drive to 3 of the nicest beaches on the French side (Orient, Grand Case am Anse Marsel). There was also a supermarket about a 3 minute drive away. I could not recommend this hotel enough if you’re looking for a relaxing place to disconnect and unwind. Thank you to the whole team at La Villa Habiscus for making our first family vacation unforgettable!"
