The property: It features four air-conditioned bedrooms. Two ground-floor bedrooms offer a queen-size bed and a king-size bed, storage space, and an en-suite bathroom equipped with an Italian-style walk-in shower and vanity sink. Two upstairs suites each have their own bathroom with shower and vanity sink — one offers two single beds, ideal for children or with the option of combining them into a large 180cm bed, while the second has a queen-size bed with a view of the pool and garden. Separate toilets are available on both the ground floor and upstairs.

The main kitchen is fully equipped and stocked. A large HD TV screen is connected to fiber internet and gives access to all streaming platforms. The living room features a comfortable sofa around an elegant exotic wood table. High-speed WiFi is accessible throughout the house, and a workspace is set up on the veranda.

Housed in a carbet (traditional Caribbean shelter), the outdoor kitchen is fully equipped and offers a sweeping view over the lush vegetation and pool. It's the perfect spot to relax with a drink or host friends for a barbecue evening. The pool is surrounded by tropical plants and an exotic wood deck, allowing for private sunbathing.
