"Pam was a wonderful host, she even, let us arrive earlier than our check in time. We enjoyed our week at the River House, spent a lot of time outside on the porch/deckplaying games, reading and just relaxing by the river. Very nice place to stay, nice bedrooms. Kitchen was well stocked and a nice long table in the dining room. Thanks again for everything and I'm sure we will be back! Elaine"

"We have stayed there before and will do so again. It is always clean and well maintained. The peace and quiet along with the flowing of Penn's Creek outside your door lulls you to a restful sleep. All the nesscesities are there for the kitchen and bathroom and the shower is always hot.The hot tub is a bonus for those who wish to take advantage of it. A new AC system was added this year. It is a pretty nifty unit."
