On the other hand, the living room has a sofa bed and the other two bedrooms have two single beds each, which can be combined to create double beds according to your preferences. All bedrooms face outwards, the two upstairs towards the terrace and the one downstairs towards the garden.



The swimming pool can be heated during cold seasons at a cost of 25 euros per day.

Great house with a wonderful pool

The Zapinvest-Holiday service on site was impeccable, just like last year (Bali 3032). Thanks to Capucine - We had a great vacation :-)

Great Villa in a great Area!

The villa was clean en well equipped. Big pool en a lot of space in and around the villa. Kitchen and bathrooms are luxurious. We enjoyed our stay very much. A few point about kitchenware, but already send is to zapholiday and they will take care of it.

Belle villa mais Agence immobilière pas correcte du tout.

Belle villa , bien située. Propreté à revoir : cheveux dans la douche, poubelle pas nettoyée ( avec 1 sac en plastique quand même )et couverts recouverts de sang alimentaire. Pas beaucoup d'ustensiles de cuisine. Les chaînes TV : uniquement en espagnol. Divan pas confortable du tout. Belle piscine et beau jardin. Pas d'état des lieux à notre arrivée : les clés étaient à réceptionner dans un endroit indiqué sans personne. Du coup : en fin de séjour : Zapinvest nous à facturé un forfait de soit disant que nous avions allumé la pompe à chaleur nous même de la piscine?? Or ,celle-ci était sécurisée avec cadena. Le pisciniste est arrivé le lendemain de notre arrivée(nous sommes arrivés tard le soir) et il y avait une sangle de la bâche de cassée : il l'a donc réparé mais ce là nous a été facturé. En arrivant le soir , nous avions autre chose à faire que d'aller à la piscine... Malgré la contestation par écrite , aucune réponse de Zapivest de leur part. Au lieu de vérifier avec les locataires précédents : non : ce là nous est tombé à dos. Jamais plus , je ne réserverai avec cette agence. Facile de réparer les dégâts avec les locataires. En plus : la marquise terrasse était complètement cassée : impossible de profiter de cette endroit au soleil. L'ayant signalé : quelqu'un est quand même venu la réparer : un peu tard pour recevoir des vacanciers. Bref : très d écus de cette location. La prochaine fois : je vérifirai toujours l'agence de location. A déconseiller fortement.
