Splendid four-facade villa situated on a plot of 250 m². With private swimming pool and its heat pump.



This beautiful residence has 3 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms to accommodate 7 people.

The living space consists of an ultra-modern fully equipped kitchen that leads to a bright living room. The large windows in the living room allow maximum use of light and provide direct access to the beautiful outdoor spaces, which include a garden, terrace and the lovely 7 x 3.5 m swimming pool.

The swimming pool can be heated during cold seasons at a cost of 25 euros per day.
