Contemporary villa situated in Vistabella Golf with private heated pool and terrace. Located a few steps from the golf course.

You will find all around, restaurants, supermarkets.

It is 35 minutes from Alicante airport.



This magnificent villa has a capacity of 6 persons, it has 3 bedrooms, an american kitchen with its living room and dining room.



The first bedroom "suite" has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has twin beds. Two bathrooms with Italian shower and toilet.

You will have a fully equipped kitchenette with all appliances and utensils.

In front of the kitchen you will find a dining room and a living room, where you can enjoy a place to eat and relax. It also has reversible air conditioning.



Outside you can enjoy the private swimming pool with outdoor shower and its terrace, where you will have outdoor furniture to enjoy the sun. It also has its own garden.

Upstairs you can enjoy the solarium.

It is an ideal villa to spend your holidays with your family or for golf lovers.
