On entering the ground floor there is a very spacious living room as well dining area with a large kitchen with all mod con's to cater for any holiday requirements and / or BBQ's. There are 3 bedrooms on this floor, one ensuite and a family style bathroom with all having built in wardrobes. On the lower floor you have a huge living room style area to relax as well 2 further bedrooms both with ensuite showers. There is also a kitchenette on the floor. The villa enjoys a complete central air-conditioning system as well international television and FREE WIFI. The air-conditioning is run on a coin meter but with a €20 credit to start your holiday. The area outside of the villa is all laid with Astro Turf as well tiled around the pool and the solarium is also covered in Astro Turf.

You are about a 15 - 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to the famous Villamartin Plaza full of restaurants and bars and in the summer you may even see some headline music stars. The plaza has a large choice of restaurants from the local kebab shop to 5 star dining in many of the well known restaurants. As well as eateries, there is a wide range of pubs to choose from and entertainment for the kids during the summer months. As well during the summer the community puts on entertainment. Just a perfect place to be. The plaza also has a grocery store, banks and doctor.

For the golfer, the Orihuela Costa is the place to be, known as the Costa del Golf! There are several professional courses all within a few minute's drive if not just next door. In the near proximity, there is the Campoamor Golf, Villamartin Golf, Las Ramblas Golf, Las Colinas Golf, Vista Bella Golf, Golf La Finca and La Romero Golf. You can hire clubs at most as well. The largest outdoor shopping mall in Europe - Zenia Boulevard, is just a 5 minute drive away as well numerous Blue Flag Beaches to choose from. There are also markets galore and all within a few minutes drive, location location location!!!!
