Safe, inexpensive, with lots of holiday attractions or vacation only on the Costa Blanca. Are You looking for a good holiday accommodation or holiday in Spain? Do you enjoy sunbathing and are looking for a good base for trips to Valencia, Murcia, Alicante, Cartagena or Granada? You are right, because our apartment is a great starting point for organizing tours of Spain. Location: 50km south of El Altet Airport / Alicante, 9km from Torrevieja. Apartment located in a quiet area on Playa Flamenca, between La Zenia and Punta Prima Just 900 meters from the beautiful sandy beaches (Platja Flamenca and Playa Cerrada), awarded under the international Blue Flag program. Our air-conditioned apartment is situated on the 1st floor bungalow and has two separate bedrooms, one bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen and a living room. In the living room there is a balcony on which you will find a table with chairs. Take the stairs up to the solarium (sunshine for sunbathing / sunbathing) with garden furniture and beautiful views of the Spanish huts and of course the blue sea. The area of the apartment is fenced. Within the complex - less than a minute from the apartment there is a cleanly maintained swimming pool (with paddling pool for kids), exotic umbrellas and a sunbathing area for the guests' exclusive use. Our apartment is a great starting point for exploring all of the major towns and cities rich in monuments and attractions (Alicante, Murcia, Cartagena, Elche - about 40 km) or the capital of the Valencian region (about 200 km. Science and Europe's largest aquarium and dolphinarium). Most of the roads to these cities are free highways, so we can safely and quickly reach our destination. At the apartment there are many bars and restaurants able to satisfy even the most refined palate, there is also a small shop, laundry. Just 5 minutes walk from the apartment is Spanish supermarket Supercorr, discount LIDL, Burger King, numerous shops, restaurants, disco. Very close to the estate are all amenities: public transport. There is also a go-kart track nearby. Within 1,000 meters, one of the largest shopping centers in Spain is "La Zenia Boulevard". Not only amateurs of shopping will find their paradise there. In the center there are many cafes and restaurants (including the Muer de la Pasta - where at a price of about 9-10 euros we can taste Italian dishes with wine or beer (no limit) and WOK, During your stay at Orange Apartment, take advantage of the seaside promenade (Lazy), from La Zenia, to the beaches of Cabo Roig. From the road there are beautiful views of the sea, and the fresh sea breeze is cooled down, especially useful during the summer heat. Apartment has everything you need some time in the sun.large solarium. Great central location 50 m to bars shop and restaurants at citrus centre and easy walk to others.
We loved our stay!
Lovely local bars and restaurants we made friends with the owners which was lovely the ivy bar was our favourite they do a good karaoke night - Indian restaurant there does amazing food
Pool was lovely as we had it to ourselves a lot and you had a key to open and lock the gate
Car is a good idea we didn’t have one and it was abut of a walk to the beach with the kids in the heat
Stairs were abit of a nightmare getting up and down with kids but that’s to be expected!
Aircon is only in the living room so bedrooms did get quite warm as I couldn’t leave the windows open due to a 2 year old
We felt safe and everything worked fine

Enjoyed our stay only due to location. This apartment is in need of modernisation,There is too much large furniture in all rooms which makes it feel closed in. In its present state i would say sleeps 4. Theres no comfortable seating in living room, closed in balcony does not help. This is not a 3bed apartment as listed
This apparent did not live up to the photos that were posted. 1st they did not says that you had to climb 23 steps to gain entry, so not suitable if you have a disability like myself. 2nd the mattresses were all stained like they came from the local tip or worse also pillows werealsostained. 3rd shower curtain kept falling and hitting us with while showering. 4th electricity kept tripping and to be told that it doesn't support all the appliances so turn them off. 5th mould in the flat. 6th holes in the walls. 7th no barbecue as stated in description. 8th No fire alarms fitted anywhere. 9th Neighbour locking stair gate so no escape in the event of fire. There is photos to support all of the above. I dont think this apartment has a tourist licence.
Mi opinión es que hay ciertas cosas que se podrían eliminar que están obsoletas o que no funcionan como un ventilador que hay, el resto pues comentar qué bien salvo que en mi opinión al aire acondicionado deberían añadirle gas porque enfría poco pero en general bien

Vakantie was wel fijn maar woning was niet wat we ervan verwachtte
Woning netjes en schoon alleen in beschrijving staat dat de woning geschikt is voor 6 personen maar wij hebben ondervonden dat dat absoluut niet het geval is. Verder ontbrak er op het dakterras verlichting zodat je eigenlijk ‘s avonds niet buiten kan zitten. Hebben dus lamp moeten kopen om dit toch te kunnen. Ook ontbrak er een grote parasol op het dakterras zodat je overdag niet uit de zon kan, ook niet handig dus. Verder zou het wel fijn zijn als er wat informatie in het huis zou liggen over bv telefoonnummer dokter, e.d en bv wat info over wat er zoal te doen is in de omgeving. Ook staat in de beschrijving dat het strand 900 meter lopen verwijderd is van het huis en dat klopt wel maar omdat te komen moet je eerst een hele drukke weg oversteken zonder oversteekplaats en daarna moet je afdalen langs een flinke klif en dan kom je, jawel op een naaktstrand. Ook niet echt prettig dus want wil he op gewoon strand komen dan is het zeker 20 minuten lopen vanaf huis.
