as a single mom with 3 kids it was important for me to be in a quite secure location near shops etc

Pros: as a single mom with 3 kids it was important for me to be in a quite secure location near shops etc the appartment was fully furnished and had everything you needed, 2 bedroom appartment with a little terras where we used to have our breakfast every morning in a quite and calm environment the appartment is near the big zenia shopping mall where there is everything, from shops to restaurants cafes and icecream cafés. The beach is a big walk but really dooable, in short we had an amazing stay, thank you to Danuta and her family and Margareth, very nice people, they made us feel immediately welcome, thank you for that.

Pros: Myself, my wife and our two young children stayed here for 2 weeks in July/Aug 2018. We had a fantastic time. The apartment was so beautifully clean and very spacious. Two lovely bedrooms, nice kitchen and big living area with dining table. Nice balcony and view of the pool. Air con was fantastic. Quite a few steps to the apartment but was no problem. 5 minute walk to Mercadona (Supermarket) 10with the children. Beach 15 min walk. Danuta was fantastic, excellent communication throughout. Already looking to book for next summer. 3 weeks this time though, hopefully. (Only negatives if any were noy many English TV channels AND we couldn't get Wi-Fi to work. Thank you for a great holiday. 👍

This is our second stay at the property, we holidayed here last year too, and enjoyed our time here

Pros: This is our second stay at the property, we holidayed here last year too, and enjoyed our time here so much we couldn't wait to go back. The property is newly decorated throughout, the owner had upgraded the kitchen for our return, hi spec ultra modern smart kitchen with white gloss units, looks oncredible and has newly fitted upgraded appliances including a new electric hob and oven, and built in microwave. The flat is immaculately kept as are the private grounds it sits within, a palm tree surrounded communal pool is the central meeting place for the residents most mornings, weither it's to sunbathe or to have a coffee with neighbours, it's a lovely welcoming little gated community to be a part of, and I honestly can't wait to get back. We're back home 2 days and I'm already organising for next year's returning trip. That's the greatest recommendation I can give, we will be back again for a third time. We had problems accessing the internet, it's says on the advert Free WiFi, this is not the case, you need to pay €20 for 2 weeks use. Last year we had no problems, this year though we didn't have the same luck, after days of running back and forth to the Horadada shop it was finally recognised that an engineer was needed and when he arrived he fixed it no probpem, however it meant we paid for 14 days internet and got 4. The owner has recognised her current system doesn't work well so has promised to change the set up, so the Wi-Fi is included in the price in future. If you choose to holiday here you will not be disappointed, my favourite little place on the planet, enjoy!!

Pros: Wij waren zeer tevreden over deze accommodatie, ideaal gelegen en absoluut geen auto nodig. De woning en omgeving zijn rustig, mooi klein rustig zwembad met veel schaduw, ideaal voor een boekje te lezen of een dutje te doen. Strand is ongeveer 10 minuten lopen, grote Mercado op 5 minuten met verse vis afdeling. Het grootste winkelcentrum en restaurant centrum (in hoogseizoen open tot 23:00) op kleine 10 minuten lopen. Communicatie met eigenaar en 'keyholder' werkten smetteloos, transfer naar Alicante vlieghaven werkte perfect. Deze woning zou ik ten allen tijden aanprijzen.

Pros: Polecam!!! Urlop w Hiszpanii to był naprawdę cudowny czas oraz niesamowita przyjemność. Słoneczna pogoda i urocza, nieco kameralna plaża. Co do apartamentu, miłe, czyste oraz zadbane i dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie, ulokowane w bardzo dobrym miejscu, z basenem do woli - czystym i zadbanym. Piesza wyprawa na plażę z dwójką dzieci, zajmowała nam zaledwie 10-15 minut, a po drodze supermarket Mercadona. Sobotnie targowisko - nieopodal, z niesamowitymi oliwkami i ich niezapomnianym smakiem. Dodatkowo bardzo duże i ciekawe centrum handlowe La Zenia z dziesiątkami sklepików i butików. Apartament od pani Danuty polecam bardzo gorąco!!! :)

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans ce jolie appartement très fonctionnel et très bien meu

Pros: Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans ce jolie appartement très fonctionnel et très bien meublé. nous étions vraiment à coté de tout : commerce, lieux de distraction, pubs et restaurants. et surtout à 800 m de la plage où nous allions à pied! nous avons rarement utilisé la voiture a playa flamenca! merci a M.Dahuta et surtout a celle qui nous a accueillis pour son hospitalité et sa gentillesse. les enfants ce sont très bien amusés a la piscine et à la plage le grand a même fait du sport dans une salle ultra moderne à 200 m pendant les 3 semaines de vacances! Pour ceux qui veulent aller à la plage tout en étant loin du bruit et en profitant des commodités de La Zenia, la station balnéaire où se trouve playa flamenca, c'est le meilleur endroit! on a découvert un lieux magnifique et nous reviendrons surement!
