During high season we cannot guarantee the availability of Early Check-in or Late Check-out, as they depend on the occupancy of the accommodation and the cleaning schedule.



💳 Security Deposit



Before arrival, a pre-authorisation of 200 € will be made on the guest's bank card. This is not a charge, but a temporary block that will be released approximately 7 days after check-out, once it has been verified that the property is returned in good condition and the house rules have been respected.
