Enjoy Danish "Hygge" and Spanish charm in Playa Flamenca with this cozy all-year holiday home offering 88 sqm of comfortable living space for up to 4 guests. The property features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, showcasing authentic Spanish architecture with a modern twist.



This spacious 3-story townhouse includes one bedroom with a double bed and private balcony access, and a second bedroom with 2 single beds. The fully equipped kitchen provides all necessary appliances and utensils. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, television, video on demand, washing machine, fan, and heating with electric radiators and a gas heater.



Step outside to your private garden filled with plants and flowers, ideal for relaxing under the covered terrace or dining outdoors in the west-facing yard. A small grill is available for guest use. The rooftop features a 20 sqm sun terrace with sun loungers, a parasol, and a dining table with 4 chairs. The shared pool area is enclosed and just steps from the house, offering full sun from morning to evening throughout the year. A shared children's pool is also available.



Parking is available on-site with one shared space, and additional street parking options are nearby. Up to 2 pets are allowed on the property. The location offers convenient access to public transportation and is close to the beach. Self check-in is available for your convenience. Please note that events are not allowed on the property.

Very pleasant property, nice area & quiet!

Pros: The property & being local to all amenities! Overall a very pleasant stay! Cons: There wasn’t anything l didn’t really enjoy! I had a job finding a plug to fit bath or sink. Only downside for me was that the front of the property didn’t face the sun which would have been nice for a morning or evening relaxing drink & read! And l did have a job finding more than a couple of channels on tv! But that was perhaps just me! If l were to come again it would definitely be before the clocks go back as walked to some places on my own in the evening!

Min datter og jeg holdt ferie i Playa Flamenca og boede i Gittes hus. Vi var meget begunstiget af go

Pros: Min datter og jeg holdt ferie i Playa Flamenca og boede i Gittes hus. Vi var meget begunstiget af godt vejr, som selvfølgelig gjorde ferien endnu bedre. Der er mange muligheder for afslapning og attraktioner i nærområdet, og endnu mere hvis man vil bevæge sig 40-60 minutter i bil til fx Alicante eller til bjergene i sydlig retning. Jeg kan stærkt anbefale at vælge Gittes hus når I skal holde ferie. Det er perfekt til 4 personer og er centralt beliggende med kort gå afstand til indkøb og shopping i La Zenia centret eller nærområdets restauranter, og nærmeste strand ligger kun 5 minutter fra huset i bil. Huset ligger for enden af en rolig vej, og kun et stenkast fra poolen når man får brug for en afsvalende dukkert. Huset er hyggeligt, hjemligt og personligt indrettet med alle nødvendigheder og gode faciliteter. Tag/sol terrassen øverst kan fint anvendes i morgen eller formiddagstimerne og terrassen på grundplan er fantastisk med spansk beplantning og hygge; det er sikkert her de fleste familier vil have deres omdrejningspunkt når man er hjemme fra dagens aktiviteter. Gitte er super sød og har styr på tingene, alt klappede og gik nemt og vi havde en skøn tid i La Casita. Vi vil helt klart anbefale andre at bo hos Gitte - det er næsten lige så godt som at være hjemme. Flemming

Pros: Wij hebben hier verbleven van 10-12-2011 tem 10-01-2012. Wij hebben mogen genieten van 4 weken heerlijk weer, zeer veel zon en aangename temperaturen. De woning is gezellig en zuiver. Een nadeel in de winter is dat de zon geen enkel van de aanwezige terrassen bereikt. Dit wordt echter ruimschoots goedgemaakt door het op 10m afstand gelegen (gemeenscahppelijk) zwembad waar men wel kan zonnebaden. Op wandel afstand vind men twee supermarkten (mercadona) en er is tevens een zeer groot winkelcentrum in aanbouw. De zee is op wandel afstand +- 1.3km. Een geslaagde vakantie.

Pros: Vi havde en skøn ferie i Playa Flamenca og ferieboligen indbyder til afslapning i gode og rolige omgivelser med super gode faciliteter, bl.a. et flot indkøbscenter i umiddelbar nærhed. Rækkehuset opfylder alle behov til ferie med afslapning, sol og sommer. Indretningen er hyggelig udover det sædvanlige og perfekt til en familie. Vi har nydt de fine terrasser i alle plan af rækkehuset, særlig en skøn tagterasse med kig til pool, og havet kan ses på afstand. Vi havde også glæde af det flotte poolområde, og der er rigtig fine strande i gå afstand. Vi valgte af have bil, så der var nem transport til og fra lufthavn, men det var naturligvis også en fordel under opholdet. I området er der seværdige byer og katedralen i Murcia var absolut et besøg værd. Vi har nydt opholdet, der levede op til vores forventninger, og vi kommer ganske sikkert tilbage. Vi kan varmt anbefale et ophold i denne skønne bolig i Playa Flamenca.

Pros: Vi har haft 10 solrige dage i huset "La Casita", det var total afslapning. Et meget roligt område, med gode indkøbsmuligheder. Poolen havde vi stort set for os selv og den var dejlig varm og ren. Der er mange forskellige strande man kan køre/gå til, bl.a. en med høje bølger hvis det skal være lidt "vildt" og en anden, meget børnevenligt med lavt vand langt ud. Kontakten fra ejeren er fra booking til endt rejse meget professionelt. Vi kan varmt anbefale det til andre.
