Quality apartment in a great location

The apartment was well positioned for a short walk to all amenities and in a very quiet, gated, community. The apartment had everything we needed and more, which made for a good holiday for us and it’s the best we have stayed in since visiting the area for the last 5 years. The large sun room and patio area where we spent a lot of our time were a big bonus. We would recommend this property.

We loved the apartment, the pool was perfect temp and not crowded. Apartment has every convenience you could want and 6 mins drive from it was the best beach we found in our 10 day stay. Host was helpful and friendly, we definitely recommend and we were sad to leave

A lovely holiday.

The property is excellent, spacious, well equipped, fabulous large terrace/balcony, beautifully located overlooking the pool. You really couldn’t ask for more. We loved it. I would also like to mention the friendliness of the people we met there [usually in the pool]. Most were residents or property owners themselves on holiday, always happy to chat to you, share information about the lovely complex or local restaurants, bars etc. - Alioth, Concierto and many more. We would definitely book again.

Apartment is situated overlooking one of the 2 pools on this residential complex. The complex is quiet and clean. Walking distance to local restaurants and Zenia Boulevard. Apartment has good facilities and plenty of space from the sun terrace through to the bedrooms. Both owners and property manager are extremely helpful. Property manager is on hand during your stay to answer any questions/problems you may have. Would highly recommend renting this property. This is our fourth time on this complex, and so far the best we have rented.

Very nice apartment close to pool

This is a very nice apartment for four people. Only a staircase from the pool. The check in was very effective and Conny, the manager, was very sweet. We have only two reservations that is nice to know if you consider this apartment. One, there at only AC in the kitchen/living room and not in the bedrooms. There’s fan in the ceiling, but in height of summer it will be very warm at night. Second, the mattress was very hard and not very comfortable. Other then that, we strongly recommend renting this apartment.

Such a lovely setting.

My son and I just returned from a week in this lovely apartment. The complex is so pretty and perfectly placed for exploring the area on foot. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. The kitchen is very modern and well equipped. The owner answered all questions immediately, as did Conny, the keyholder. You can watch the sun rise from the bedroom window, and the sunset from the enormous terrace, overlooking the pool and pond (make sure you say hello to the friendly turtles!) Tip: Download the Moovit app. We used it for walking directions, and bus times and routes. It's just €1.55 and 15 mins on the bus to Torrevieja. It is a 22 min walk to Playa Flamenca beach, (and a further 10 mins along the coast path to La Zenia beach - our favourite!) 8 minutes gets you to Via Park II restaurants, on the same road as Zenia Boulevard shopping centre, with the huge Al Campo supermarket. The Saturday market is literally one minute from the apartment! It really is perfectly placed. We loved it!

Nice pool and gardens

Property was ok but can do with upgrading and a proper clean before guests arrival. The kitchen was nice. The bathroom had a build up of dirt under sink plug hole, leather sofa had build up dirt and dust between seats and numerous dead flies and wasps were in the conservatory.There are wasps coming from a nest in vent on side of building.Plenty of towels, bedding etc. Pillows in bedrooms were awful,large, square dated feather filled with stains and no support. Beds were single mattresses put together to look like double. Lamps in bedroom extremely hot with very little light. Electricity tripped while we were there which Conny told us was a fault that needed fixing. Tv which we only use for radio was all in German and we had to figure out how to retune. Being a sun lover I asked if the property got sun all day as this is what I look for on holiday the owner told me yes. I wasn't happy about that as all day means sunrise to sunset. The balcony/terrace doesn't get sun until around lunch time. The key holder was half an hour late on arrival which, wasn't good waiting in the heat after travelling with nowhere to sit. If you struggle to stand or walk far this property isn't for you as no local shops. All in all we managed to make the best of our time away but have stayed in much nicer properties around this area for less money. The pool area and gardens were really nice and quiet most of the time. It is a shame as this property could be a gem if some upgrading were to be done.

Goede ontvangst gehad van Conny en in de woning is zowat alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Een zeer rustige omgeving en alles bijna op loop afstand te bereiken. Misschien tot volgend jaar.

The best apartment in Playa Flamenca

The apartment is lovely and has a wonderful indoor and outdoor terrace located southwest with a nice view over the pool area. The apartment is comfortable and very cosy. The apartment is also very well located. Ca 10 minutes walk to the sea and 5-7 minutes to La Zenia Boulevard and Mercadona. You also have the Saturday market right outside. The owners are very helpful and live in the same area which is really good. This is really a wonderful apartment . I will definitely rent this apartment again!

Sitio muy tranquilo

Muy bien la estancia, el apartamento coincidía exactamente con la descripción. Todo en perfecto estado. Lo recomiendo para unas vacaciones familiares. La playa está a 5 minutos en coche y se puede aparcar bien en pleno mes de agosto. La persona de contacto era muy amable. A 700 metros de un enorme centro comercial con restaurantes y todo tipo de tiendas.

Vacances de rêve

Cet appartement est au top. Tout y est pensé . Décoré avec goût. Beaux meubles , belle cuisine moderne, belles chambres etc...........Vue sur piscine et petit bac à poissons et tortues très bien aménagé. La dame qui nous a fait notre arrivée et départ est très aimable et gentille. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques aussi . On y retournera.

Wunderschöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und perfekt ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter Tomas und Renate sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Es liegt sehr Central viele Restaurants in der Umgebung. Ein sehr schöner Urlaub!
