Villamartin, south of the Costa Blanca in Alicante province, is 25 minutes from Murcia airport and 45 minutes from Alicante airport.
Villamartin is located approx. 10 km. south of Torrevieja center, 4 km from the coast and on a hill overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.

The development
The building of Villamartin started in 1972, and the area has evolved into a modern village with villas, townhouses and apartments. Good infrastructure, shops, restaurants and a host of other offers. The urbanization Villamartin is famous for its fine plaza with restaurants, beautiful palm trees and other activities.
