"The breakfast was good, the hotel is not in the city centre and the swim palace is not part of the hotel, maybe I read the info about the hotel in a wrong way, but for me it’s a typical conference hotel with small rooms. "

"The shower drain didn’t work so there was inches of water all over the floor after the shower doors were opened. Contacted the staff but no one came up to fix it. Also found handfuls of hair, possibly a dogs, behind the curtains. "

"Unfortunately there were a lot of conferences going on in the hotel. We had a room on the far side of the hotel where we had to navigate stairs and a long walk past the many meeting rooms and people at the meetings, also on the Saturday night there was a night conference/party with food and champagne and music which became noisy on the evening. We always stay here but next time this hotel will not be our first choice. The breakfast is always exceptional but with the amount of guests it was very crowded and found it a problem to find a table at peak times. I was asked at reception on check in would I like the room cleaned and fresh towels on the second day and I said yes. This request did not happen which is bad considering that the hotel is not cheap to stay at."
