Not a good place to stay.
"Beds are uncomfortable. We heard the doors slam all night. There were alot of critter sounds coming from under our room."

Nice hotel, Great staff, Won't correct my bill
"This is a lovely hotel with excellent staff, but they added extra charges to my room (valet even though I had no car) and won't respond to my messages. This always (and only) happens when I use hotels.com. It's too bad because I'll be back in Houston multiple times and will have to find another place ..."
