Perfect family villa

Wonderful Vacation Home

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It is exactly as described. Our family loved the theater room and the heated pool. The owner was great with communication. We would definitely stay here again! Added bonus was the dual washer and dryer!

Great stay!

Property is as described. We had 6 adults and 4 kids ages 1, 3, 3, and 6. We really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Great space for everyone and a short distance to Animal Kingdom. Easy check-in! I would stay here again!

Family holiday beauty

Beautiful house - activities were great for kids and adults Close to the attractions - Windsor Hills is impeccably maintained. Enjoyed walking in the neighborhood. Family has great memories of this vacation.

Absolutely perfect place to stay if you’re looking for a vacation near Disney. I didn’t want to leave. This property was lovely for our large family. Everything for little ones, crib, high chair, outlet covers. I was very impressed!

Great stay

Multi generational family Disney trip. The house was perfect with a bathroom for every bedroom. The pool was fun and the hot tub was great for soaking after a day at the park. Our little ones also loved the water park splash pad. There were plenty of dishes, pots and pans and silverware. The house also supplied all that you need when you first arrive, two rolls toilet paper for each bath, small soap and body wash, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods and washer pods for laundry. It was very hot when we were there and the air conditioning was preset but very comfortable. We were at the house for a week and enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying at this home and Windsor Hills to anyone for their Disney trip.

I have stayed at Windsor Hills many times over the years. This is the best property yet. House was exactly as described. Extremely clean. The pool area was very well maintained. The property owner is very communicative. I will book this property again in the future.

Family trip to Orlando

We had a wonderful stay at Bjarne’s villa. It was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 4 children. Very clean and well equipped. Great location close to all the Disney parks. Walmart is less than a 5 minute drive and there are plenty of restaurants within a few minutes drive. Bjarne’s communication was really good and he was quick to respond when we had any questions. Windsor Hills is a very safe, clean, gated community with its own pool. The shop was being renovated so was closed during our stay but this wasn’t any issue for us.

Perfect for the Parks

The property was great. Everything was clean and exactly as we expected checking in was easy the neighborhood and location make it very easy to get from any of the parks in Orlando. The neighborhood also has a lot of great amenities to take advantage of it plus having the pool on site to ourselves was a blast for our family. We had everything we needed already there for a child under two years old. We will 100% be booking here again.

Utah Family

Great house for family of 10. Five bedrooms and five bathrooms was so perfect! Pool was a lot of fun! The Windsor Hills community pool was wonderful. We took our own cooler to the community pool and it worked out great! A few more garbage bags for the house would have been great instead of just one a day. Would stay at that house again.

Wonderful experience, convenient access to Disney

Very clean property with plenty of seating for our family of 10. We rarely stay off 192, but this home was about a mile from World Drive, so access to Disney was quick and easy. Private pool was fantastic with plenty of room for the family. There were plenty of beach towels and the two sets of washer and dryer were a bonus allowing multiple families to utilize at the same time a breeze. Kitchen was clean and well equipped. Communication was great. We will definitely consider staying again.

Great Family Spot

We stayed 10 days at the Enchanted Castle and it welcomed our extended family of 10 very well! Having 5 rooms all with their own full baths made mornings a breeze. The pool and spa took center stage for the majority of our activities and dinners outdoors. Great touch with the theater, full cable/internet and 2 sets of full size washer/dryer. Windsor Hills pool and waterslides were also a great way to spend our slow days. The arcade was lackluster though. All in all we had a great time in Kissimmee and the house turned out to be a great fit for our family. We will be back!

Very nice house with great amenities!

House was set up great! Every Bedroom has its own bathroom which was a huge help when everyone was trying to get ready at the same time. Loved that it has three bedrooms with King Size beds- perfect for multiple families :). Kitchen was well equipped and has a nice big fridge. There was also a regular coffee pot and a Keurig which was great. Pool and hot tub in backyard were awesome to relax in every night after running around Disney all day. We never made it to the club house and community pool but they looked really nice. House was conveniently located. Only a 10 minute drive to Disney parks 😀.

Great location!

This property is in a great location. It's close to Disney and Universal, and check-in procedures at the gate have been simplified since we stayed there 3 years ago. The community pool and hot tubs were warm and we always found space at the surrounding tables. The house was clean, and just as pictured. Plenty of room for our family of 9. The owner was kind and incredibly responsive to our needs both before and during our stay. We appreciated the private spa after a long day in the park and the ease of deliveries to the house. The double washer/dryer combo also made it easy to keep up on laundry without missing out on vaca activities. We would absolutely stay here again and hope to be back soon. Thank you for a great experience!

Great house!

Very beautiful home. We really enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious and it’s nice to have a bathroom for every bedroom. Only con was upon arrival the house was very cool and we weren’t given the option for heat until the owner turned it on around midnight. When we reached out to the contact he gave us they were unable to control the heating and cooling. He is in a different time zone and he did turn it on when he received our message. It was just uncomfortable for the first night then we were able to control between heat and cool. Only other thing that would have been nice was more hand towels available for use. It also was a little stressful with the clean up process required upon checkout. I didn’t mind doing laundry but it was hard to check out at 10 and make sure all the dishes were clean and put away which meant that you couldn’t even use the kitchen that morning. All in all it was still a great stay and would stay again.

Great place to stay

We booked this house for our 5 & 7 y/o’s first trip to Disney/Universal and it did not disappoint. Check in was painless at the gate, and the house is not far from the major amenities the Windsor resort offers. The photos and descriptions of the house is very accurate. There were pool and bath towels available for us to use. We had no problems with the spa or pool, and once we actually followed the exact directions for heat, it never gave us any issues. The house comes pretty bare condiment wise but we expected that after reading many reviews for other houses. Basics like salt and pepper, cooking oil, dishwasher pods, trash bags and sponges were there. I am unsure if they were left from previous guests or not but they were appreciated and we definitely paid it forward and left some of the same items for others.This house is SUPER CLOSE to the parks. The main 2 roads that everyone takes (4, 192) are basically your only ways out so plan accordingly and be prepared that at high traffic times it could take 45 minutes to go 3 miles. Walmart, however, is right down the road and very convenient to get to and there is no traffic between the house and there. We took advantage of that when we could for sure.Check out was relatively easy- nothing too wild just clean dishes, strip beds, start a towel wash and sweep floors.They are super transparent with all of this in the contract. This place was great- you will definitely enjoy staying here!

Disney with friends

We have stayed in Windsor hills before so we knew the location was the best. This house was lovely. Met everyone’s needs. The kids loved the movie room and pool. Once we figured out the hot tub it was great. Local propert manager was quick to respond. Maybe some directions somewhere would help. The house wasn’t especially clean upon checkin which was why we were a little taken aback at the requirements of checkout. We have rented Vrbo before and it was never this extensive. We had to go purchase detergent to wash towels upon checkout. Also we were warned that if the kitchen was not completely cleaned we would be charged more. I spent an hour on checkout day cleaning for fear of being charged. I know we pay a cleaning fee so I was also a little surprised at the tip envelope for the cleaner when I had to do it myself. They need to turn the dining room light on to see what I mean. Would have been 5 stars but I understand the owner is not around and is at the mercy of property management. Owner was very responsive.
