The best views of anywhere on the Cape! Welcome to Nauset Heights. This comfortable and classic cottage has it all: a sensational oceanfront location with 270-degree water views, classic Cape Cod charm, tons of sleeping space, and a modern kitchen for preparing big breakfasts and lobster feasts. From the expansive front porch, you’re only a few steps from the stairs to the beaches below — choose from placid Nauset inlet beach, which is ideal for families with small children; or walk across the sand to the outer beach, which makes for exceptional open-water swimming, boogie-boarding, and surfing. Plenty of room for everyone with five bedrooms (one queen, one full, and 6 twin beds) and two baths (plus an outdoor shower with, yes, ocean views). No pets. Available for weekly rental. Rate: $13,300/week in-season, $9,500/week off-season *State and local taxes apply*. $2500 Security Deposit (refundable).
