Offering comfortable living spaces and a large 3-season porch this property has plenty of room for your extended group to relax and enjoy. Main level has a family room with access to porch, fully equipped kitchen open to a large dining room, living room, bedroom with queen bed and full bathroom with walk-in shower and stacked washer/dryer. The upper level features three bedrooms including 1 king, 1 with a queen bed and the third with two single beds and the second full bathroom. Enjoy the grassy yard, patio with gas grill and fully enclosed outdoor shower.
Quiet neighborhood convenient to Mid-Cape Highway, just over 1 mile to downtown Orleans for shopping, great restaurants, art galleries and the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Nauset Beach is just than four miles away and Nickerson State Park is 3 miles away.
