We were told to have been given an access code to the site, but being a first time user of Vrbo, the owner sent us the code to a site that we knew nothing about. Since we did not have the code, we could not access the property. The owner of the next door bar tried calling the owner to get the access code for us, but the owner could not be reached. When we asked for a refund, the owner refused saying earning money at this time of the season was more important than appeasing a potential returning customer. Because of this, I will never use Vrbo property rentals again.
