L'Arche d'Orléans est un cocon de confort niché au cœur du centre-ville. Ce charmant appartement de 48 m², à deux pas des bords de Loire, de la Cathédrale Sainte-Croix et de la place du Martroi, allie élégance et praticien dans un emplacement privilégié.

Des travaux de réfection de la façade sont en cours sur l’immeuble. Un échafaudage recouvert d'une toile est installé devant l'immeuble et les fenêtres obstruant ainsi la vue et l'ouverture de fenêtres, mais les travaux ont uniquement lieu en journée, et restent modérés en termes de nuisance.

Salon convivial et cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée (parfaite pour préparer vos repas comme à la maison).

WIFI Fibre Haut débit pour télétravailler ou streamer vos séries.

2 chambres avec lit double (140*200).

Machine à laver, sèche cheveux, linge de lit et de toilette fournis ainsi que le shampoing et le gel douche.
