Wonderful room with a great view of the Loire River from our balcony. 8 minute walk to Orleans Center City and the tram. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lobby was gorgeous.

Hotel was in good position to explore Orleans. The bar and restaurant and pool area has been updated to a very good standard. Hotel room was very basic and also needs updating too!

Very comfortable room, well appointed and spacious. ♿ Access to the hotel and room easy. Well placed overlooking the river and in easy walking distance of the city centre (along good pavements for wheelchairs).

Great location

Lovely hotel in great location. Short walk directly along the river into old town.good parking for 8 euros per night. You cannot reserve parking and it was busy but its a big car park so we got a space ok

The guy on the desk, Arthur, was very welcoming but there was no secure accommodation for the bikes. It was good we had brought a raincover.

Really nice staff and the lobby / restaurants are really well done. Breakfast was great. Only bad I would say was the room. It wasn’t refurbished and a bit old. The bed too.

Great overnight stay. The hotel is conveniently situated at the entrance to the city so easy to park and then a 10 minute walk into the centre along the river. Good sized room (we had a family room) which was comfortable. We didn't have breakfast but it did look nice so we definitely do that next time. Lovely outside pool area and a really friendly welcome. We love Orleans so this is a great stopover for us

The beds are not the comfiest, pretty hard. The rooms are tired and need to be updated to match the rest of the hotel. The pool was wonderful Selection at breakfast was very good
