Nestled in the heart of Cape Cod, this stylish and comfortable vacation home at 13 Woodridge Road, Orleans, embodies coastal living and is just minutes from the Cape’s finest attractions, including Pleasant Bay, Nauset Beach, Skaket Beach, Captains Golf Course, and the scenic bike and hiking trails of Nickerson State Park, with top restaurants in Orleans, Chatham, Harwich, and Brewster a short drive away. Recently renovated, the home features a modern open kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, flowing seamlessly into indoor and outdoor dining spaces. Guests can refresh in the outdoor shower, complete with bluestone pavers and a wood-tiled changing area. Sleeping six across three bedrooms, the home offers a first-floor queen bedroom, two second-floor bedrooms with two twin beds each, a first-floor bathroom with a tub, and a stunning second-floor full bathroom with a walk-in shower. A 2025 dormer addition creates a cozy upstairs lounge with a Roku smart TV, complemented by a second lounge area with another smart TV. Central air conditioning keeps the home cool, with two new heat pumps added in 2025 to ensure the upstairs bedrooms stay comfortable on warm Cape evenings.
