My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel. The receptionist was very friendly and gave us excellent advice about the city and restaurants. The rooms were clean, and the location was very close to the city centre.

Excellent séjour

Accueil excellent, chambre confortable (nous avions une chambre avec lit double + lit simple pour notre enfant), localisation parfaite en plein centre tout en restant calme. Possibilité de se garer dans le parking souterrain à 2 pas avec tarif préférentiel. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter lors d’un prochain séjour à Orléans.

Cela c’est très bien passé. Le réceptionniste nous a de suite conseillé pour la visite de la ville et nous a donné des idées pour pouvoir aller se restaurer le soir. Petit bémol il n’y a pas de vrai climatisation dans la chambre mais un grand ventilateur au dessus du lit principal,mais c’est dans le thème de l’hôtel très green et écolo..

Forte chaleur dans la chambre

Je tiens à partager mon expérience récente dans cet hôtel, notamment concernant la climatisation. Nous avons réservé en nous fiant à la fiche Google de l'établissement qui indiquait clairement "climatisation dans toutes les chambres". À notre arrivée, nous avons découvert que la climatisation n'était présente que dans les parties communes, et que les chambres étaient équipées de ventilateurs de plafond, justifié par une démarche "éco-responsable". Ayant une réservation non annulable, nous sommes restés. La chambre 440, située au dernier étage , que nous avons occupée était une véritable fournaise, rendant le sommeil impossible même en utilisant le ventilateur à forte puissance. Les couloirs étaient plus frais que la chambre. Il est trompeur de commercialiser cette chambre par forte chaleur. Cette pratique est, à mon sens, trompeuse. Nous sommes extrêmement déçus de cette expérience. Ce qui explique la note de 1 étoile, la fonction première d’un hôtel étant d’y dormir et de s’y reposer. À noter, - la mention de la climatisation sur Google a été modifiée après notre échange avec la direction, mais aucun geste commercial. - l’hôtel est assez joliment décoré et situé dans une rue proche de l’activité mais plutôt calme. - petit déjeuner conforme aux attentes.
