"What a gem of a hotel! Location is in the middle of the city square and central to the city. Facilities and staff were outstanding. Staff went out of their way to assist you and make you feel welcomed. Breakfast was substantial and had a wide variety of food. Parking was simple as they have a garage in which they will park your car. I would definitely return to this hotel next time I am in the area!"

From the moment we arrived, the entire team — from the Front Desk to Housekeeping, Restaurant, and Beach staff — made us feel incredibly welcome and well cared for. The hotel itself is a jewel: spotlessly clean, ideally located, and beautifully set against the Ligurian coast. Having parking and beach chairs included in the rate made everything easier, and the breakfast was simply outstanding — a perfect start to each day. Everyone we encountered was friendly, competent, and genuinely personable — and impressively multilingual. It was clear that the entire team takes pride in what they do, and their passion for great hospitality showed in every interaction. Special mention to Mathilde at the Front Desk — an absolute star! Her warmth and professionalism were remarkable. Vivien at the pool was fantastic, always cheerful and attentive. Housekeeping kept everything spotless with a smile, and the restaurant team was managed with heart and precision. We didn’t catch every name, but every team member played a part in making our stay memorable. Thank you for showing us what true hospitality looks like — we will most certainly be back!"
