Upstairs, enjoy the master bedroom with marina views, full bathroom with spa-like shower plus a secondary bedroom and full hall bath with tub and shower. Downstairs there's another bedroom & full bath with shower stall. Two living spaces, one with dedicated workspace and high-speed WiFi, plus two dining spaces. The heart of the home is the expansive deck with panoramic views from the family room and master bedroom. Inside you'll find a cozy kitchen nook overlooking the water, plus a generous bonus game room downstairs with pull out sofa couch. Outside, there's a covered back patio, oversized deck with marina views, and plenty of driveway parking. Just five minutes from Bidwell Marina and Lake Oroville, only twelve minutes to town.

Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave all used beds "un-made with sheets left on." Our cleaning crew will remove the bedding. Used bath and kitchen towels, extra sheets may be placed on the counter in the laundry room.
If there are dirty dishes, please use a dishwasher detergent cleaning pod from under the kitchen sink, and run the dishwasher on normal cycle before you leave.
Also, please take any garbage and recycle out to the marked bins outside in the driveway.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The host was very responsive to any questions that I had. The home was beautifully decorated and welcoming. There was enough space for everybody to enjoy themselves. She provided extra air mattress, blankets, and towel towels if needed.The home is a short, five minute drive from the boat launch and a quick 35 minute drive to Chico. I will definitely book again with them when needed.
