"The property was right off Main street for easy access. The staff was very helpful when I had questions. The room was clean and well supplied with microwave, compact refrigerator/freezer, and coffee pot. Parking was right outside the door, with the swimming pool across the alley. The a/c was large and cold. All for a great price. Centrally located with several restaurants within easy walking distance."
"I don't really do the VRBO or AirBNB thing, but Livingston Lodge absolutely has made me rethink my views. The photos and description didn't do the view or level of comfort justice. I was in town for a big family wedding, but I am definitely going to return for a vacation. It was selected for it's convenience and it became a preferred destination. If you need quiet comfort in a stunning rustic setting, this is THEE place."

10/10 Excellent
"We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The host was fantastic to communicate with — quick, kind, and helpful throughout our trip. We arrived to delicious local fruit and treats, which was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel instantly welcome. The house was spotless and had everything we could possibly need. The views of the river and surrounding landscape were beautiful, and we loved spending time out on the deck soaking it all in. We also had so much fun on the river with the kayaks, and the yard games (cornhole and giant Connect Four) made for great fun together. One of our favorite parts was the wildlife — we saw deer, squirrels, lots of birds, and their resident robins in their cozy little nest by the front door. It felt peaceful and special.Overall, this was a perfect getaway. Clean home, gorgeous scenery, great amenities, close walk to town, and a truly thoughtful host. We’d love to come back!"

"Excellent location to be right on the river! This house is on the very slow moving river as the water exits Osoyoos Lake. This worked great for both swimming and kayak fishing as we didn’t have to deal with the choppy water of the lake. The house has an open layout and large picture windows looking out over the water. One thing to keep in mind is that the bunkbed room in the photos doesn’t count one of the three bedrooms, but can be used for an extra cost. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again!"
5BR/4BA Osoyoos Lakeview Villa: Pool, Game Room, Pizza Oven, Huge Yard Sunroom!
10/10 Excellent
"Had a GREAT weekend with our adult children dog at the Oro Hill House! Lots of gathering spaces inside and out so it didn’t feel like we were on top of each other, but could also be together. The upstairs deck and downstairs sunroom were our clear favorite areas. Wood-fired pizza oven was a hit on Saturday night. Weather was a bit chilly for the pool, but we totally would have used it more if it was warmer. Tons of parking space with room to turn-around. Clean and tons of natural light. Plenty of seating. We didn’t think we would use BOTH kitchens, but that turned out to be very wrong. It was great having two fridges and two completely different areas. Views from this home are fabulous and we just relaxed and spent quality time with family—exactly our goal! Book it! You won’t be disappointed!"
