"This modern property is in the very centre of Louvain-la-Neuve, just five minutes' walk from the railway station. The receptionist was professional and spike good English. Our room was spotlessly clean and served daily by the housekeeping team. We did not dine in the hotel but had a number of snacks, hot chocolate, etc., from the bar."

"We booked this with two hours notice, and received excellent service including directions to park our large van, five minutes walk away. You have to bear in mind this is a budget hotel, and as such we found it to be very good. There was a minor problem with the plumbing, which was dealt with efficiently and very very quickly. All the staff we dealt with were friendly, helpful and spoke. Excellent English."

"The hotel is situated on the M40 motorway Brussels - Liège but only 5-ish km away from downtown leuven. It has a free parking unlike anywhere in Leuven. Although situated on a busy motorway, I did not hear any car at all. The rooms are spatious, the only downside is that the window does not open so no real fresh air is coming in. There is however, air conditioning. The rooms could have a few more sockets and at least one USB socket on either side of the bed. Last time I checked we are living in the 21st century after all. Hot water was available in a matter of seconds. Personnel (admin as well as cleaning) is very friendly and helpful."

"Convenient and comfortable. However, since I previously extended my reservation for another 2 nights in the same room, staff checked me out and then checked me in for new reservation at 6:30 am. This resulted in my television being turned on … and it woke me up at 6:30 am. Staff didn’t seem very apologetic about doing this. I would expect them to know that TVs get turned on when they check in guests. I wasn’t amused by this error since I wasn’t able to get back to sleep. Handing me a free drink card was insulting. "
