Bery clean and nice property with staff that made us feel very welcome as we got thwre late they ordered food for us even though their kitchen had closed lovely people will begoing there again.

Pros and cons
Overall we enjoyed our stay at Dalyan Live but I will list the pros and cons for you to consider. Pros - nice, modern grounds and rooms - deluxe rooms spacious - good size pool - polite staff - Bianca at the bar makes good drinks - free parking if you rent a car - very close to town centre and restaurants, easy walk Cons - our biggest issue was that me and my husband are pretty sure our bed had bed bugs. My husband kept having bits appear after each night... Which meant no sleep for either of us However when we did ask to change rooms they did Assist with that promptly - we paid for our stay in cash and they were very picky about any slight rip or tear on notes which as you can imagine was frustrating

My Stay!
Very bad hotel experience. Management quality is terrible. I understand that hotel management has a problem in the USA and they hate the white American people. They give their guests from the United States a lousy room that smells like sewage. I think they doing this specifically. I would say don't choose to stay in this hotel.

The guests come to hotel, and we gave them the nice pool view room. They haven't complaint anything from hotel. We did not understand about this comment. There was no smell in the rooms. We are cleaning the rooms with ozone and steam machine. We all love Americans and the other nationalities. I think the guests were offended by something without telling us.

Great resort with large pool
Great resort just a 10 minute walk to the town centre and only 1 minute to the little Harbour where you can pick up a river boat trip. Comfy bed and great air conditioning. Strongly recommend lunch and dinner here as it’s good quality and cheaper than in town. And they do a fab pina colada cocktail.

Lovely family-run resort
Lovely resort with large pool, great food and run by a very welcoming family. The hotel is only about 3 years old so is in excellent condition. The rooms are spacious with integrated air conditioning, quality beds and a powerful shower. This is our second stay and will definitely return.

Beautiful hotel. Staff are fantastic and work around the clock to make sure you have a good holiday. Everything is spotless and clean. Breakfast is amazing especially the omelettes freshly made to order. My partner and I can’t wait to go back next year. :)

Amazing trip!
What an amazing hotel with everything a person would need to have fun and relax! We were a large family of 9 including 2 small children and everyone had fun. The massages offered were a very reasonable price and there was a free hamam on site for us to use. Very quiet resort with a 10 minute walk into the town with great restaurants by the water.

Great new hotel and spa, service very good staff / owners very helpful, food good, excellent location. Nice quiet area but very short walking distance to shops, restaurants and other amenities. I would definitely stop here again

Staff helpful, lack of English speaking staff, breakfast limited choice, no variety, breakfast was constantly cold everyday. Within the room there was never any milk, no teaspoons, only 2 tea bags. One coffee daily. Hotel advertised as spa but only sauna was working and then we had to give one hour notice for use. Steam room was not working the spa pool had no water. Spa area was incomplete due to bad workmanship then the hotel should not have been advertising as a spa. Hotel had no tourist information like local attractions, things to do, maps and do forth. Hotel was empty at our stay. Not a bad location but be prepared to confront street dogs on your walk to the centre of Dalyan.

Hello Dear Guest; Firstly thank you so much for your comment. We would like to mantion that: The kitchen is only opened for your first night and we would gladly go.Every day we would do it every day if you wanted to,just like we do all our guests.You have mentioned that the food is cold for breakfast but you have served a long wait on the table and our staff make warm again for you.And omellete is not in the breakfast menu but you wanted it and our staff made for you and it was free.As for beverages in the room, normaly we put just once a day but we putted 3 or 4 times every day for you and it was free again. You wanted milk and honey from the kitchen to your room and we sended you and it was free again. Also yes, our indoor pool had technical malfunction but we were fixing it when you stay here. But you could use sauna and Turkish bath two times. Yes we said ' you should tell us one hour before use'. Because there weren't many guests out of you.And you wrote about street dog in Dalyan but you have to be sure they are harmless and all people love and feed them here.But many thanks your comment about teaspoon because we realized after your comment and we immediately did. Except those we are so sorry for everything that bothers you. We hope you will find the best hotel for your next holiday.

lovely accommodation and fabulous resort

This hotel is amazing. Newly opened and everything is modern. The room was comfortable and the hotel beautiful. The staff were very friendly. Perfect stay.

Daha önce burada konaklamadigim icin bazi endiselerim vardi ancak oda durumu, temizligi, ortak alanlar ve havuz gayet iyi durumdaydi. Kahvalti cesitliligi güzeldi. Bir dahaki tatilimde de yolum Dalyan'a duserse kesinlikle tercih edecegim bir otel.

Prettig hotel, van alle gemakken voorzien, fijne kamer met een fijn bed. Ontbijt was goed, fijn zwembad en leuke bar. Op loopafstand van het centrum.

Havuzu, kafesi, restoranı ve odaları ile beraber doğa ile iç içe olan gayet güzel bir işletme. Yatay mimarisi konforu artırıcı özellikte. Açık büfe kahvaltısı güzel, odalar geniş ve ferah, tek negatif eleştirimiz temizliğe biraz daha dikkat edilebilir. Onun dışında tekrar tercih edebileceğimiz çok şirin bir oteldi.

Otelden cok memnun kaldik. Kaldigimiz oda yeni ve tertemizdi, biz giris yapmadan once dezenfekte edilmisti. Otelin sahipleri ve calisanlari sicakkanli ve yardimseverlerdi. Sabah uyuyakalip kahvaltiyi kacirmamiza ragmen bize ozel kahvalti hazirladilar ve nezaketen ucret almadilar. Dalyan’a tekrar gidersek yine bu otelde kaliriz.

Très bel hôtel, personnel dévoué qui fait tout pour satisfaire les clients, et toujours avec le sourire ! Un grand merci à tous (Sila, Murat, Necibe, Kader, Bianca...) !! Magnifique piscine, cadre très agréable, au calme. C'est la première fois que nous venons à Dalyan, et nous n'hésiterons pas une seconde à revenir dans ce magnifique hôtel.

Sivri sinek yuvası / observera för myggor
Otelin konumu alışveriş ve marketlere çok uzak. Otelimiz güzel fakat akşam yemeğimi yediğim sırada üstüme resmen sivri sinekler saldırdı toplamda 21 yerimden istirilmisim bugün 2 gün oldu otelinizde ayrılalı ve hala vucutumun çeşitli yerlerindeki yaralar halen kaşınıyor. Hotellen är för långt ifrån butiker. Hotellens är helt ok. Men det är för många myggor när jag åt min ikvälls mat så blev jag attackerades av myggor jag blev biten från 21 olika områden från myggor. Det var 2 dagar sen jag har checkat ut från hotellen men fortfarande klias dom ställe. Som jag blev biten av myggor. Aldrig mer kommer jag besöka denna hotellen

Halil bey merhaba, öncelikle otelimizi tercih ettiğiniz için teşekkür ederiz, Dalyan bölgesi nehir kenarında olduğundan sivrisinek mevcuttur , Belediye akşam ilaçlama arabaları ile gezmektedir, otelimizin bahçesini biz ilaçlıyoruz ve girişte misafirlerimize akşam 20.00-21.30 arası aşırı sivrisinek olduğunu ,resepsiyon ve bardan sinkov(sinek kovucu sprey) alıp kullanabileceklerini belirtiyoruz,odalarımızın balkon kapılarında sineklikler var , bunları kapalı tutmanız gerektiğini de mutlaka söylüyoruz, doğaya belli ölçüde müdahele edebiliyoruz. Otelimizin tüm imkan ve güzelliklerini hiçe sayarak düşük puanlamanıza bir anlam veremedik,umarız bir dahaki ziyaretinizde sizi memnun edebiliriz.
