"Abbiamo soggiornato nella struttura in quanto molto comoda per raggiungere il convento di San Francesco dove si è tenuto il matrimonio dei nostri amici. Alessandro è stato gentilissimo ed è venuto incontro alle nostre esigenze. L'appartamento è situato in quella che immagino sia la ex taverna della casa, i letti aggiuntivi ovviamente non il massimo della comodità ma per le nostre esigenze è andato tutto benissimo. "We absolutely loved staying here and would highly recommend the villa. The view of the lake is unbeatable, and you have access to a private beach just a 5 min walk away. It’s also a short drive to a supermarket, and to the town of Trevignano Romano which has lots of restaurants, and from which you can also do a boat trip on the lake. All but one of the bedrooms have air conditioning. The kitchen is small, but usable - we cooked every night as a group of 7 - and there’s also a good BBQ. Armando and Tomaso were both helpful, friendly and easy to contact.Note that the neighbourhood does have noise restrictions in place at certain times, it would be good to be notified of these rules in advance."
