We even had a small issue and needed to extend the checkout time, which the hosts were gracious enough to extend us to allow for later departure! "Our stay was wonderful. The property location was in walking distance to the heart of Ortisei but if you wanted to take the bus it was only meters away. The views from the balcony was just beautiful - left was a mountain peak, right was the town of Ortisei and in front of us a beautiful green landscape with some dotted homes. The bed was extremely comfortable and these views could also be seen whilst lying in the bed. Breakfast was ample with a wide variety of selections. The staff were just so friendly and helpful. They would help with organising anything you asked. 😊"
