"The two biggest surprises were Viktor, their 3 day a week hiking guide, and how knowledgeable and helpful the staff were in planning our hikes and how to get there. Also, the complimentary bus pass to the awesome local bus service that can get you to and from hikes. Otherwise, it’s just a lovely hotel. "

"The staff were wonderful. Their English was limited, but if you were patient then they were. We ate dinner there our first night and it was fabulous. Breakfast was great. They provided a bus pass to the city using #172. But you could use other South Tyrol buses with the pass. We were able to use bus# 350 back to Bolzano. "

"This is an adorable hotel. Getting to it was an experience! It was up a curvy, tiny road, but that's ok. It's part of the experience. There was parking area for, I assume, multiple hotels right next to the hotel. I love the sculptures around the property and the cute sitting areas.
