"The staff was courteous; however the accommodations were clean but woefully lacking. The walls were paper thin and I heard everything from the guests above me and on either side of my room. The grounds were noisy all night long even on week nights. I did not sleep for 3 nights in a row and I finally decided to check out 4 nights early for my health. Additionally the motel is pet friendly but there was limited space and no supplies. If you need cost effective sleep, don’t stay here. "

"The rooms were clean. The directions were easy to follow. I didn’t need to contact the host because everything was emailed to me. Food places were in walking distance. Overall a great experience. "

"This was horrible I do not recommend they deserve 0 stars. I arrived couldn’t check it not that day nor the whole Weekend was there any type of communication to help. So I had to pay more to find a place to stay since it was last minute it was difficult to find something available. "

"I normally do not leave reviews but this was advertised as exceptional and 9.2. While it was clean, it is very basic, older student style housing close to the UTRGV. The surrounding dwellings are run down, and the area is certainly not good for more than just needing a place to crash for the night. "

"Ricardo was a great host and the apartment was clean and the communication was quick and friendly. Thank you for allowing us to stay!"

"It was a great location for us, (we needed to be near the UTRGV campus), and it was close enough to the highway that we could get anywhere we needed to go.The handy man lives on site, so our problems were dealt with immediately.You do need to know that it is an apartment, and the neighbors' music was pretty loud until midnight, but if you have a loud enough white noise machine, you could potentially block most of it out. The host is incredibly responsive and very friendly."
