We had a great stay! The condo is in a great location with a beautiful view. Everything was very nice and clean, the owner was great to work with through the entire process, plenty of towels etc with comfortable beds and pillows. This will definitely be our first choice for our future stays!

Enjoyable Getaway

My husband and myself really enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was very nicely decorated with a lovely view of the water and beautiful sunsets. This unit had everything you would need. It is furnished with a grill, enough pots, pans and utensils. The owner was very easy to get in touch with. I would stay here again if coming to the Ozarks.

We loved this unit and the property as a whole. It was perfect for a family with younger kids. Great amenities with the pool and lazy river. We were very fortunate to go during weekdays in early June when the lake wasn’t very busy. At times we had the pool and lazy river to ourselves. The unit had everything we needed. There was an unforeseen issue on our last day. It wasn’t anyone’s fault, the host or us. The timing was just bad as it happened on our last full day we were there. Adam was very accommodating and did everything he could to make it right which we greatly appreciated.

As advertised, but required lots of work before departure.

This condo is in great shape and has all the amenities it lists. So far, so good. I'm hesitant to register a complaint, but, it's worth noting that staying here requires a lot of work upon leaving or, if one does not do the work, having to pay extra fees. We regularly do these short-term rentals and are used to having to bundle up towels, strip beds and load the dishwasher--and still pay hefty cleaning fees. But, this place requires lots more than that. You have to turn off the water heater, hand-wash any pots, take the garbage out to the dumpster in a different parking lot, turn off the ac, and so on. Given that there is considerable cleaning fee, one wonders why and how much work is left for the cleaners. Also, relying on previous guests to properly and safely wash pots and pans seems to pose some health risks. Nice place, but be prepared to do some chores.
