Very charming place with a great view and great access to the lake. Host was very nice and communicative. A family of three deer kept visiting us in the backyard, which was awesome. We had a great weekend here!

We loved staying here. We enjoyed our morning coffee and afternoon cocktails on the large deck overlooking the lake, while watching the deer, woodchuck, and birds with the sun filtered by large oak trees. The cottage was wonderful with a nice space to relax and look out at the lake. The kitchen was well provisioned with abundant spices. The cottage is larger than it looks (a family of 4 would be very comfortable). The dock is large and a great place to spend time swimming or fishing. Our host was very responsive and accommodating. The location is excellent. Close to restaurants and bars as well as shopping in Osage Beach. If you're looking for the charm of the Lake from before everything got so built up, this is the place for you. We will definitely be coming back.
