The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was hot and tasty! I loved the make your own waffle station and the biscuits and gravy. The room was clean, no smell at all. Sheets were not dirty as other reviews mentioned. This will be our go to place we need a quick stay. Thank you!!

The girl that checked us in was really nice. The pools heater was broken. The “arcade room” needs help. There was trash in the pool room from March 6th (we checked in March 19th) The property itself needs a renovation. Our springbreak/birthday trip was a bust. We did however survive. So there’s that.

bed was comfortable, noise level above our room was not good. After i complained, it was better. Had to ask for housekeeper to bring towels and pick up trash. only one small trash can in whole room and bathroom, not big enough for a 4 day stay if no daily housekeeper!

We stayed for one night and the beds were probably the best part of the room. The staff we encountered with were also kind and the check in/out process went smooth. The place is definitely outdated and could use some good remodeling. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows, but everything else was just ok. Definitely saw a cockroach roaming around the bathroom, and the overall smell of the place was just old. If you need a place to sleep, this hotel is great. Other than that, you get what you pay for.

We stayed at Days Inn in Osage Beach for the Lake of the Ozarks Bikefest. I found the motel clean. Staff was accommodating when we arrived, helping us get rooms close to the other couple we came with. Our room was cleaned daily. There was a nice indoor pool and a nice outdoor pool. I was able to get coffee in the morning from downstairs. I did not try the breakfast. But overall, I was satisfied with the accommodations.

It was fine as I was just there for a night sleep and a shower. It’s an old hotel, no updates but the room was clean. Clean bathroom and linens. Upon check in, I was barely acknowledged and was just given a card with a room number written on the envelope, then pointed in the direction of my room. So again, fine for the very short time I spent at the hotel.
