Knolls 1111 - Stay Close to the Pools!

  • New to the program! This 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit is located near the indoor and outdoor pools on the second tier overlooking the cove. This unit has a spacious master bedroom complete with a king bed, recliner, a private bathroom and deck access. The second bedroom features a queen bed and has access to the adjacent bathroom. The third bedroom (also a master suite) features 2 full beds and a private bath and is located just off the kitchen hallway.

    Upgrades include hardwood floors, granite and custom tile.

    There is seating for 6 guests at the dining table and room for another 2 at the breakfast bar. You will find flat screen TVs in each of the bedrooms and the living area where you can relax in a recliner or on the reclining couch. The living room also has a dvd player and this property features wifi to help keep you connected. The covered deck has seating for 4 guests and features a gas grill.

    The complex features an indoor and outdoor pool (with hot tub and sauna), a clubhouse, a game room, tennis courts (one indoors), a basketball court and a playground for the kids. The Knolls Resort Condominiums is located just minutes from the heart of Osage Beach where you will find plenty of attractions, great restaurants, shopping and more!

Perfect condo for our family!

The condo was beautiful and fully equipped in the kitchen! The balcony was a relaxing retreat with a nice view. Had trouble with the drapes and blinds at the sliding door leading to the balcony, they seemed jammed and would not function. Otherwise, the condo was perfect. We also liked that it is so close to the workout room and pools.

We always like the Knolls. The condo was quite nice, but the full sized beds were fairly uncomfortable.

Nice three bedroom at the Knolls

Very nice condo. As owners at the Knolls, we needed a second condo for family members. This condo was tastefully updated with hardwood and tile floors and granite countertops. It was also conveniently located to our condo. We will definitely consider renting this condo for our family vacations in the future.
