Luxury Ozark Lake Retreat, Near Margaritaville

This is a spacious and renovated lakefront condo at an awesome secluded resort in Osage Beach. It feels like you are in a secluded retreat hidden in the woods but you are actually just down KK road from Margaritaville Resort, The Oaks Golf Club, Jeffery’s Prime Rib & Lobster and much more! It is extremely convenient to get to many restaurants, golfing, a waterpark, pool bars, a marina, etc. without leaving ever leaving KK road. This unit is a lower floor unit with STAIRS that was just renovated to high modern rustic standards. The living area has a custom fireplace area with a new modern fireplace and large Roku TV plus all new comfortable furniture including a queen pullout sectional sofa and new decor. The kitchen has all new base cabinetry with soft close features, custom built floating shelf uppers, new stainless appliances, new flooring, fresh paint and new countertops which includes a long concrete waterfall bar top. The bathroom was refreshed with new concrete tops, new flooring, fresh paint, new faucet and new lighting. The bedroom has a very comfortable king bed with all new bedding, a new Roku TV, fresh paint, new carpet, new decor and a full wall of windows with an incredible lake view! The condo has a large screened in porch area for another great hang out place with an awesome lake view to enjoy! This scenic resort has three great pools, two lakefront with one a small kiddie pool. The lakefront pool area is a guest favorite with ample seating for great lounging and boat watching! There is also a great lakefront gym and a kiddie play area! Deer abound in the scenic woods all around the resort!
