The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out by 11 AM. Place used sheets, blankets, towels and washcloths in the upstairs laundry room. Please leave damp towels hanging, if possible.
Wash dishes or run the dishwasher. Empty all trash cans and take trash to the blue barrels at the top of the hill by Three Seasons Rd. Close all windows and turn off lights.
Set thermostat to 65°F in winter or 75°F in summer. Check for personal belongings, lock all doors and notify your hosts when leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
