This extremely clean one bedroom. one bath sits lake front with a beautiful main channel view. This property is equipped with modern furniture, appliances, and décor. This unit has no stairs to the condo entrance and a designated parking spot. We do have a 10 x 30 boat slip for an additional charge for your stay if interested.

It is located on the 21 MM in a cozy, no wake cove. Come sit and enjoy the beautiful lake view off the private screened deck. You can also BBQ on our electrical grill while enjoying the view.

Approximately, 580 square feet, this condo sleeps 4. The master bedroom includes a queen size bed and has direct access to the bathroom. Our leather sofa pulls out into a queen size sleeper for additional guests or children.

The living room has a big screen TV with cable, as well as, free Wi-Fi. You can also enjoy cable TV in the bedroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, dishes, glasses, cooking pans/utensils and flat wear. We also supply all linens, pillows, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, and hand soap. Additionally, we have an iron, ironing board, and hair dryer.

This complex is located close to many Dining, Shopping, Entertainment and Grocery Stores, including the popular Outlet Malls. There is also a nearby boat and watercraft rental company within the cove.

Harbor Point offers a heated swimming pool with amazing lake views, on-site laundry room, tennis court, boat ramp and onsite trailer parking area.
Pool is normally open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.

This property was perfect for a relaxing getaway! The condo is beautifully decorated and well maintained. I love all the little touches like multiple hooks for swimsuits and towels in the bathroom and out on the deck. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to eat some meals in instead of going out for everything. The complex is great and family friendly. The host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay.

Wonderful Experience!

The property owners were so accommodating! We had some questions at the beginning of our trip, and the property managers were always so quick to get back to us. We loved the quiet space and being able to escape to community pool on a hot day. The space was clean. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Beautiful stay

This condo is clean, cozy, and delightful. We had an excellent trip and the owners were extremely responsive and helpful. Wonderful views and the screened in balcony kept the bugs off us while we watched the boats.

This is an outstanding Gem of a place to stay. The condo was very nice and comfortable with great view of the lake and so many amenities. The boat ramp and slip is an added bonus. Perfect fall getaway

We so enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was as clean as can be, and the decor is very up to date. We were able to sit out on the screened in deck to have our morning coffee, even in 39-degree temps! With the sun shining on us and reflecting off the water, it was very comfortable with a blanket! We are looking forward to returning next fall.

Great Lake Getaway

This is a great place. My boyfriend and I was looking for just a few nights relaxation. This place was definitely it. Very easy to find off the highway. It was quiet, clean, wonderful decor throughout. The screened in deck was the perfect spot to enjoy the lake view from early morning to late night. Furnishings were comfortable. Conveniently located near shopping and other activities. The host, Kerrie, was wonderful. We are already planning a return next summer!

Great Rental

Everything advertised in the description was accurate with the condo. Added bonus - even though this is a 3rd floor condo, there are no stairs necessary to get to your room. The parking lot is sloped so you park on an even level with the room and walk across a “bridge”. Very convenient for hauling in luggage and such. The view over the lake is perfect on the screened in porch. The managers proactively sent us an email with detailed instructions. We had one question, texted the managers, and they got back to us with a precise answer within a couple minutes. Both this property and the managers were perfect for our trip. I highly recommend this.

Great condo with super manager/owner

Entry was good with no stairs, and the condo was the right size for the two of us. It was clean, had a nice view, and was very quiet. The balcony is shaded in the afternoon, and the kitchen was filled with cookware and dinnerware. We were particularly glad to find a Keurig coffee maker, as we much prefer it. The decor was cheerful, and amenities were as described. The linens were clean, nothing smelling like mold or mildew, & we had enough towels, etc. I would have preferred check in information in a single email as I had to look through several emails in order to find info that I needed. For the benefit of future visitors, I must say that this is not a good location for elderly or disabled. I had a great deal of trouble rising from the toilet, and was unable to get into the bath tub/shower. I had been informed of the design in the bathroom, and thought I could perhaps handle it, so I take responsibility for the issue. The bathroom and doorways are quite narrow and couldn't take a walker, wheelchair or toilet chair. There was no comfortable chair in the living/dining area other than the leather couch. All chairs are barstools with no back except for one wicker chair that was very uncomfortable. These issues were not the fault of the owner; I should have verified more before the trip.
