Both master and guest bedroom have King size beds, with new mattresses. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a nice meal. Unit has washer and dryer. We loved the condo. Location was great for where we wanted to hike (Ha Ha Tonka SP & Lake of the Ozarks SP) and shop. We also got to escape the extreme cold of IL while in MO!
