"My 2 friends and I thought it was clean and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Our only complaint had nothing to do with the house or host, but the heat! We wanted to sit outside on the deck, but it was too hot. Thank goodness for the view of the Osage River through well-positioned windows! The river was low, so we opted not to use the kayaks. That said, we 3 highly recommend this VRBO as a getaway or as convenient location to Jefferson City without being in JCMO."

"My phone didn't get internet when we got to town, so make sure to write down your check in info. House internet great. Well stocked home. Lots to do. Caught my first fish ever!!! We hope to return soon. Beautiful area. Friendly people. PAPA D's had great food and music."
