5 minutes to the Wichita Mountains, Ruffled Feathers Cabin, pet friendly Cache
10/10 Excellent
"Ruffled feathers:This was the perfect spot for us. We were very close to the Wildlife Refuge makinging easy for travel to our hiking spots. The best part is that it is a detached cabin away from nearly all other guests which is Awesome for our doggos. There is plenty of room for them to explore in the grass. But beware there are lots of cockleburs for paws to step on.The ruffled feathers is a studio cabin with a king bed. Very clean and realtively new. All linens provided. Bed was comfy (medium firm to slightly soft depennding on your scale) with plenty of room to walk around all sides.Water pressure was great and the water tastes good too. If they are on a well, you couldn't tell.Shower is a walkin and large. Appliances include a microwave, large dorm-style fridge, and a kuerig-style coffee maker. We were very comfortable here and so grateful for a nice, cozy place that is dog friendly!"

"The Flute Player is a quaint cottage with everything you need for a relaxing trip. The space was very clean and inviting with a beautiful snowy screen playing music on the tv when we arrived. The kitchen has everything you need to make your own meals and there are several restaurants within walking distance. Mount Scott is just a few minutes drive down the road. We recommend this property and host 100%! "

"This is an unbelievable place to experience if you’re coming to Lawton for a military graduation or just to get away. We wanted a place where our soldier could come to with us that he would be comfortable in. The views did not disappoint while enjoying the hot tub or sitting on the rocking chair just looking out. The home was well maintained and directions and expectations were claae"
