Very clean, the unit is seems pretty new. Walkable to the train stations, groceries, local dining, Don Quijote and Tsutenkaku Tower. We loved this unit.

This appears to be an apartment complex where they rent out rooms. The room was ok, at best. The area it is in doesn’t feel safe. It very well may be safe but I was worried walking around there.

The area around the property felt unsafe - don’t let the 1 picture of their neighbor with lush green lawns fool you. There’s a dark and scary ally around the corner. And overall it’s in a run down area. I would not recommend this property. I knew there wasn’t any staff and it’s digital checkin, which I thought would be fine, but a few times I needed to ask a question and had no one to go to. This felt very unwelcoming. We had an issue with the clothes washer (it apparently does not dry the clothes) and had no one to ask for help. We had to leave with all of our clothes soaking wet in a bag. I also didn’t like that they don’t make up your room and you are responsible for taking out your own trash - isn’t that what we are paying for when staying at a hotel? Well, not this one. Pay a few bucks more for a better property. You’ll thank me.

佢離車站很近，酒店設施也齊全，有洗衣機，浴室有乾燥設備，也有微波爐，和可以放雪糕的冰格，只是冷氣有點弱，可能是天氣太熱吧，換毛巾也有點麻煩，用過的毛巾是否是放在門口便可以？沒有清晰的指示。

設備簡陋不齊全 Not Recommended!

非常差的體驗，客服聲稱3床房只在低層，因此房間非常嘈吵，不建議大家訂3床房。另外，房間傢俬非常簡陋，沒有床頭櫃亦沒有櫃放置行李，所有行李背包只能放地上，而且酒店不提供清潔服務，房間清潔倒垃圾需客人自理。
