First it is easy to find, the hotel is clean and quiet, staff helpful and the proficiency of their English is better than good. It is near restaurants and diners, more than that, it is near undergrounds and and walkable distance to main shopping areas. I recommend this to tourists

In general the hotel is in a great location. The room is comfortable, and the breakfast is ok. My complaing however is that after checkout the staff were rude to me (both in the restaurant and in the lobby) and refused to help me fill out my water bottle. I LOVED IT HERE

I loved staying where with my family. There was a total of four of us and we stayed in the deluxe fourth room. I was worried that it might be too small, but it ended up being enough for all of us. The hotel was clean, close to shops, and the customer service was really good. Our room’s AC went out and they put us in another room within an hour. My only complaint was that the toilet room smelled like urine, in both of the rooms. They seemed very clean however when we received the rooms.
