There is no staff, beds were very comfortable and place was clean, it needs amenities and some color it was very white it felt like a hospital, but good stay after all.

There is no front counter, but the check in process is easy to navigate. The room is clean and is spacious to accommodate family of 4. Very close to Sakuragawa station and walking distance from Namba OCAT.

Lovely hotel with a spacious clean room for a family of four. It was well equipped and centrally located with a metro station that was a five minutes walk away. Helpful staff too - would definitely recommend staying here.

Room was clean, and the kitchen was handy. Only downside was no towels cleaned or new ones given and we were there for several days. Laundry was easy and the bathroom was heated to help drying, as there was only a washer. Good location, great food nearby and super walkable to everywhere!

Good sized room in a good area - close to Dotonbori but away from the crowds. My only complaint would be that the rooms have no lamps so your only lighting is from the overhead lights.

Fairly spacious room. Good bed configuration for a little privacy. Had a table and chairs you could eat at. Minimal kitchen supplies. Check-in worked better than expected. I prefer front desk staff but I can see how this would be cost effective for the hotel.

Check-in was easy and the room was clean. Everything was good for the price you are paying. Convenient stores are just right at the corner and metro is also within walikung distance. The nearest metro, Sakuragawa, is just right behind the hotel.

Affordably basic but clean and comfy

Was expecting a bit more in terms of secor and creature comforts but looked back at the low price and realized what a good deal this is. Don’t expect any frills - the property is super basic and foes not even have a human concierge - but has all of the necessities plus is in a convenient location that is walkable to Dotonbori (about a 10 min walk).

It's a bit small for 4 people but all the necessities are provided. The front desk is operated by an individual over a screen, so there is no human operating the front desk. The room is clean and can fit 4 carry ons, and 3 larger luggages. It is a bit cramped but that is expected in Japan. Kitchen and laundry machine is included but you have to do multiple small loads and we air dried them.

It was a good distance from Dotonbori and the station. Room was clean and spacious with all the amenities you'd need. The area was quiet and had a nice view. Highly recommended.
