I appreciated the amenities provided. The complimentary coffee was my favorite part of the stay. The room was unclean with noticeably dusty floors and strands of hair left on the sink and toilet. Really nice property management!

３泊お世話になりました。毎回シーツ等交換してもらい毎日清潔に過ごせましたが、ユニットバス内の四隅の赤カビが気になりました。これ無かったら☆5でした。 コーヒーとソフトドリンクが飲み放題はよかったです。かなり利用させていただきました。 地下鉄徒歩２分やJRも５分位で交通の便も大変良かったです。 ホテルにコインロッカーもあり、コンビニもすぐ近くにあるし本当に便利の良いホテルでした。また次回利用したいです。

寝るだけなら十分なホテルです。 大通り側に面しているので、外の音は気になりますがホテル内の騒音は特に気になりません。 また立地上、街の治安はあまり良くないですが、仕方ないことなので大目に見た方がいいです。 スタッフの方々も皆親切でした。 ありがとうございました。

地下鉄の駅からすぐのところに立地し、JR新今宮駅からも徒歩圏内で、コンビニやドンキなどのお店もそこそこあるので、交通の便はとても良いです。色々と考えてしまう場所ではありますが、館内も防犯カメラが結構設置されており、安全性は高いと思います。 若者から年配の方まで幅広い年齢層のお客様が利用している印象です。 この地域のホテルにしては、シーツなども綺麗に敷いてあり、部屋も綺麗な印象です(共用部は使用する人によるので、なんとも言えませんが、、、)。 設備面では、ランドリーもあり洗剤も販売してるので利用させていただきました。また小さなキッチンスペースもあるので1週間ぐらいの滞在にも良いと思います。 今回は、格安で良い部屋に滞在することができましたが、スタッフの方々はとても感じ良く、安心して滞在することが出来ました。

交通&生活機能都很不錯的飯店
櫃台人員及客房服務都很好，離電車站也很方便，附近有唐吉軻德，購買東西很方便，價格便宜。

ソフト面に問題ありかな
８泊した８日目に清掃されておらず、残念。宅配便をフロントから発送できると言ったスタッフがいたり、コンビニを利用してくれと言うスタッフがいたり。台車を借りてコンビニまで行き、戻って別のスタッフに返そうとすると怪訝な顔をされたり、スタッフ間の連携がなされておらず、割と不快な思いをしました。設備面は問題なかったのですけどね。

客室清掃のリクエストを承っていながら、清掃ができていなかったとのこと、あってはならないミスでご迷惑をお掛けしてしまい申し訳ありませんでした。 着払いの宅急便はチェックアウト日でもフロントで対応させていただいております。 元払いの場合はお客様から現金をお預かりして、お釣りをお返しする時間が必要となりますので、荷物をお預かりする時間によっては徒歩1分のコンビニをご案内しておりました。 改めて考えるとこれはややこしいシステムになっておりましたので、元払いのお荷物はお預かりせずコンビニをご案内することにいたします。 お客様への説明、及びスタッフ間の連絡など、再度スタッフへ周知させます。 快適にご宿泊いただけなかったことを、心よりお詫び申し上げます。

清掃以外はかなり満足！
フロントの方々は皆さん丁寧でした。コスパは良く通天閣には徒歩圏内、南海、JRの駅も近く行動はしやすいです。 清掃が細かな所まで行き届いていないのが残念です。椅子の脚、机の脚、カードキャの上などにはホコリが。。。共用の電子レンジの中、トースターの受け皿には食品のカスやパンのクズが溜まってます。 また、依頼した部屋の清掃がなされてなかったのは非常に残念。。。ステイ清掃は希望してるのですからしっかりお願いしますね。 貸出アイテムもしっかりしてます。 共用スペースは広々しております、無料のホットドリンクをゆったり楽しめます。 オススメできる宿です。

欲を言えば、大浴場とまで行かなくとも、小さくとも、サウナと水風呂のある共同浴場があればベストだと、個人的には思いました。

フロントの方の説明が非常に丁寧で気持ち良くチェックインできました。 別館に案内され、とても綺麗な建物でした。 枕がぺったんこで、熟睡出来なかったのが残念です。
