The property is quite nice, very close to the train station. Communication with the manager was seamless and easy, any questions we had they were quick to respond and made sure we were prepared for our visit. Next chance I get to stay in Osaka I am looking for reservations here first.

L’aménagement de la chambre est très fonctionnel, sauf pour la toilette que lon ne peut fermer la porte car nos genoux la gêne. Propre et fonctionnel. Par contre, les matelas sont finis, les ressorts sont apparents et très inconfortables.

가족 여행에 좋은 곳이였습니다.

일반 아파트를 개조해서 호텔로 만든 것 같습니다. 일반 호텔과는 확실히 다르지만 가족 여행에 매우 적합했고 매우 깨끗했습니다. 위치도 거리상 나쁘지 않지만 주변에는 별 것 없습니다. 객실 내부에 세탁기와 전자렌지가 있어서 유용하게 쓰일 것 같았고 모든 것이 깨끗하고 잘 갖춰져 있습니다. 화장실과 샤워실이 좁은 것은 어쩔수 없네요. 이메일로만 소통하였지만 체크인하는데 어려움 없습니다. 체크아웃이 오전 10시여서 조금 빠른 듯 합니다.

初めて泊まるタイプの施設で、チェックインから、施設利用まで不安でしたが、メールで丁寧に対応してもらえて安心しました。 宿泊中も、気になった事はメールですぐ答えてもらい、フロントがあるようでした。 希望を言うとすると、テレビがあるのに見れなかったことです。 それ以外は、洗濯も出来たし大変助かりました。 ありがとうございました。
