住宿的地點位置是好好，附近有很多食肆及鄰近超市。但是我所居住的Room 221 隔壁的住客十分嘈吵，於2:00a.m.-8:00a.m. 大聲播放電視影響睡眠。房間的Wifi 未能接收。房間內的浴缸排水瘀塞，房東有即時找人處理。衛生情況一般，很多位置積塵。如房間設有電視會更好。

ข้อดีคือห้องพักกว้าง แต่เตียงนอนคุณภาพค่อนข้างแย่ นอนไปสัมผัสโดนสปริงไม่มีความนุ่มสบายเลย ไม่มีทีวี. แอร์ไม่มีความเย็นและสกปรก ห้องมีการปรับปรุงซ่อมแซมแต่ไม่เรียบร้อยเช่น ตู้เสื้อผ้ากลายเป็นตู้เก็บของมีแต่ฝุ่นและยังซ่อมปรับปรุงไม่เสร็จเรียบร้อยดี และที่สำคัญ สัญญาณอินเตอร์เน็ต. ก็สามารถใช้ได้เพียงแค่ต่อ 1เครืองโทรศัทพ์ต่อ1คน เท่านั้น. ไม่สามารถ ใช้ได้ทุกคนที่เข้าพักในห้องพักที่จองเข้าพักได้พร้อมๆกันทุกคน. และเสียงรบกวนค่อนข้างดังจากภายนอกตัวอาคาร และเสียงดังที่มาจากห้องพักรอบข้าง. ไม่เงียบสงบเท่าที่ควร
