Clean room, friendly and attentive staff, family friendly. Shuttle service to Tokyo Station was a plus. I would stay there again.

The location is 5 stars. Covered walkway to Osaka Train Station, easy for travellers with luggages. In a building where Uniqlo and host of products resides. Lots of food option within the same building. Pokemon store at Dimaru which is 5 mins covered walkway walking distance.
